Fulbright US Grant Program– DEADLINE OCTOBER 8th2019

The purpose of this grant is to enable US citizens who are resident in the US to complete a fully funded PhD at the The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) over a period of 4 years. The StAR PhD programme aims to attract high-achieving international students to an efficient four-year structured, fully funded PhD training programme at RCSI.

The programme aims to encourage scientists to develop innovative research projects in one of RCSI’s areas of research strength, including but not limited to:

Two grants are expected be awarded in 2020-21.  However, the PhD tuition funding will last for all four years of the PhD programme.

IFMRS Travel Grants

IFMRS travel grants are available for members of IFMRS member societies to attend any IFMRS member society or affiliated event.

NB:  Grants cannot be awarded retrospectively.

IFMRS Exchange Scholarship Grants

APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED

IFMRS Exchange Scholarship Grants are available for members of IFMRS member societies to enable researchers to spend time in another laboratory to learn a technique not used in the home laboratory. Grants are also available for medically trained researchers/physicians to spend time in clinical research facilities
